Our Impact

According to the 2011 India Census, 8 children are trafficked every day, 4 children are raped every hour, and 3 girls are pushed into marriage every minute.

In India, Just Rights for Children (JRC) is at the forefront of transformative change, championing child protection and empowering survivors to achieve holistic justice.

Today, we stand on the verge of eradicating child marriage and trafficking in India, approaching the tipping point where these crimes will cease to exist naturally. With unwavering dedication, we have secured historic judgments, reshaped policies, strengthened systems, and established enduring institutional frameworks.

CHILD MARRIAGE
  • 250,000 child marriages prevented

  • 128,590 children linked with government scholarships and sponsorship programs
